TODAY NICARAGUA – A group of industrial companies in the South American country plan to visit the country in late April to explore business opportunities with Nicaraguan businessmen.
The Chilean delegation is composed of representatives from the public and private sectors related to the industrial and recycling area, in order to find out about market and investment opportunities in Nicaragua. At the close of 2014 trade between the two nations was worth $54 million, according to the Chilean embassy in Managua.
The Nicaraguan presidential delegate for investment, Alvaro Baltodano told Eleconomista.net that “… This is one of the results of the visit to Chile made by a trade mission from Nicaragua last week. ProChile confirmed with us that they will come with a business delegation to the Fair Expo Apen 2015 “, organized by the Association of Producers and Exporters of Nicaragua.”
