“No me he peleado con Daniel Ortega” afirma Álvaro Robelo, quien pretende ser candidato a la Presidencia con Arriba Nicaragua

“No estoy peleado con Daniel Ortega»,” afirmó Álvaro Robelo González en entrevista con LA PRENSA vía telefónica desde Costa Rica, donde reorganiza a su movimiento Arriba Nicaragua con el objetivo de intentar, una vez más, ser candidato a la Presidencia en las elecciones nacionales el 2021, al estar convencido de recuperará la personería jurídica de ese partido.

El exbanquero y aliado político por casi veinte años del dictador nicaragüense Daniel Ortega, se negó a explicar las razones por las que ahora afirma ser su adversario, después de haberse beneficiado del régimen al que representó en siete misiones diplomáticas en Europa, desde 2007 hasta que le fueron canceladas en noviembre del 2018. Sus hijos también se beneficiaron de cargos diplomáticos, incluso su hija Mónica Robelo Raffone sigue como embajadora del régimen en Italia.
